An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Manager to join the management team of a major regional shopping centre. Working closely with the Centre Manager and wider asset team, you’ll play a key role in driving retailer performance, enhancing customer experience, managing critical retailer relationships, and contributing to the centre’s strategic growth.

This is a highly visible role suited to someone who enjoys being on the ground, building strong retailer partnerships and influencing commercial outcomes.

The Role

Reporting to the Centre Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing retailer relationships and acting as a key point of contact across the centre
• Monitoring retailer performance, sales trends, debtors and lease compliance
• Preparing and maintaining key financial, operational and management reports
• Contributing to business planning, budgeting and centre performance strategies
• Supporting leasing outcomes and tenancy delivery projects
• Partnering with operations, marketing and leasing teams to drive commercial results
• Assisting with retailer engagement initiatives and community programs
• Leading retailer communication around centre projects, operational matters and business initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in Retail Management, Centre Management, Operations Management or a similar retail property position
• Strong understanding of shopping centre operations and retailer engagement
• Demonstrated experience analysing sales performance, budgets and financial reporting
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools
