About the Role:

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the centre management teams, providing strategic support, guidance, and leadership to optimize the performance of the shopping centre portfolio plus contribute strongly to the ongoing strategy of the centres and the group.

Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing operations, ensuring assets are managed, leased, marketed, and operated to the highest professional standards while serving their communities in the best possible way.

Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive retail shopping centre Management experience
  • Excellent people management skills, and strong experience in leading and engaging a team.
  • Willingness to travel and immerse yourself in portfolio of centres.
  • Advanced knowledge of Retail Shop Leases Act (QLD and NSW)
  • Ability to prioritise work requirements and effectively manage time.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate in a close team environment.
  • Clear and articulate oral and written communication with sound grammatical literacy.
  • Ability and willingness to exercise initiative and problem solve.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite. Training will be provided for any specific Property Management focused software.

Preferred but not essential:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Management or related discipline.
  • Experience with MRI Property Management software would be advantageous.
