As a Senior Body Corporate Manager, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use community schemes, providing expert advice to committees, owners, and stakeholders. You’ll ensure compliance, manage finances, and resolve complex issues while leading a supportive team. This leadership role offers strong career growth within a respected organisation.
 
The Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use community titles
  • Convene and lead AGMs, EGMs, and Committee Meetings with confidence
  • Oversee budgets, financials, levies, and sinking fund forecasts
  • Provide legislative guidance under the BCCM Act
  • Liaise with owners, committees, solicitors, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct site inspections, manage maintenance issues, and oversee insurance renewals
  • Monitor levy collections, authorise payments, and ensure statutory deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate meeting minutes and clear records of key decisions
  • Enjoy the support of your own dedicated assistant
  • Actively promote the company and assist in new business development

About You:

  • 4+ years’ experience in strata/body corporate management
  • Document meeting minutes accurately and capture key decisions
  • Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Naturally organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Strong knowledge of BCCM legislation and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with insurance, QBCC, QCAT, and drafting budgets
  • Excellent communicator with a knack for handling committees and conflict
  • Confident using StrataMax (or similar platforms)
  • Enjoy mentoring and being part of a tight-knit, collaborative team
