The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Manager to join a high-performing team managing a prominent shopping centre asset. This role will see you working closely with the Centre Manager to drive asset performance, maximise returns, and deliver a best-in-class retail environment.
  
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail property environment and enjoys working across operations, leasing, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager to drive financial performance and asset value
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business plan execution
• Analyse retailer performance, sales data, and market trends
• Collaborate on leasing strategy to optimise tenant mix and minimise vacancy
• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and risk management
• Manage retailer and stakeholder relationships across the centre
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, reporting, and overall centre performance

About You

• Experience in retail or shopping centre management
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Understanding of leasing, tenant mix, and retail drivers
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of retail trends
• Proactive, driven, and team-oriented approach
