The Role:

As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of a shopping centre based in Regional New South Wales, while also taking a community-focused approach that strengthens local relationships. You will actively build connections between retailers, service providers, and local businesses, creating opportunities for collaboration, joint promotions, and events that enhance the centre experience and support the wider community. This role requires relocation to Regional New South Wales.

Duties:

  • Handling tenant inquiries and fostering positive relationships with them
  • Compiling weekly and monthly reports to track progress and performance
  • Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals to optimise revenue streams
  • Thoroughly preparing and analysing quarterly budget reviews for strategic decision-making
  • Drive casual leasing activity and identify new income opportunities
  • Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures that align with owner objectives, investment strategies, and occupier needs, ensuring that the asset strategy remains in sync with the owner’s vision for sustainable success
  • Maintaining operational excellence and achieving long-term growth objectives for the shopping centre  

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience working as a Centre Manager for a large shopping centre will be highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of financial acumen
  • Can manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external
  • Positive yet strong personality who wants to make a difference
