As a Client Services Executive, you will play a key role in supporting clients with account enquiries and transactions within a professional services environment. This position sits at the centre of the business, ensuring clients receive a professional and seamless experience from enquiry through to transaction completion.

This is an office-based role combining administration, customer service and sales support, perfect for someone who enjoys working with clients and managing transactions.

About the Role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and account transactions
  • Manage inbound calls and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Process client transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate payments, settlements and confirmations
  • Assist with onboarding new clients including account setup and verification
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Work closely with internal teams while also assisting clients face-to-face
  • Fully on-site role located in Brisbane CBD

About You

  • Strong customer service or client relationship experience
  • Has experience in client services, account support, retail, banking or financial services & insurance
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in an environment with time-sensitive transactions
  • Professional, reliable, and able to build trust with clients
