About the role:

This exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and innovative shopping centre Retail Manager or Assistant Centre Manager looking to take the next step in their career. Based at a single shopping centre.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for making sure the centre continues to perform strongly and key relationships with retailers and stakeholders are managed to add value.

Duties:

  • Work with the Centre Manager to prepare, analyse and manage annual and quarterly budgets
  • Implementation of retailer engagement strategy
  • Debtor management
  • Lease administration
  • Foster productive business partnerships with all retailers and external service providers (such as legal services and contractors)
  • Contribute to marketing and advertising strategies and branding

The skills and experience required for this role: 

  • Min 2-3+ years’ experience in a Retail Property Environment
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Innovative and dynamic personality who likes to think outside the box
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
  • High attention to detail 
  • Can manage all stakeholders expectations, both internal and external
