Build-to-Rent is transforming the property industry, We are recruiting for this exciting opportunity to join a premium residential community in a role that blends property management, customer service, administration and resident engagement.

Whether you’re currently working as a Receptionist, Property Management Assistant, Leasing Consultant or in a customer-facing property role, this position offers a genuine pathway into one of the fastest-growing areas of the property market.
 
The Role

As Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a premium residential community.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with enquiries and service requests
• Coordinating move-ins, move-outs and resident onboarding
• Conducting apartment inspections and orientations
• Supporting leasing inspections and resident retention initiatives
• Assisting with community events and resident engagement programs
• Managing administration, databases and reporting
• Maintaining strong relationships with residents and stakeholders
• Helping ensure the presentation and operation of the asset remains at a high standard

About You

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to build a long-term career within the property industry.
Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience in reception, property administration, residential property management or customer service
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive and professional approach
• High attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice 
• Availability to work a Sunday to Thursday roster
