An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Shopping Centre Operations Manager to join this leading property owner to work on two great shopping centre in South Brisbane.

This role will take responsibility for the overall operations, maintenance and smooth running of the centres. This role will oversee all aspects of hard and soft services, contractor induction and management, OH&S, preventative and reactive maintenance as well as providing support for OPEX and CAPEX budget management. You will deliver small projects, assist tenancy coordination and provide overall operational support to the team.
  
The skills and experience required for this role include:

  • Previous experience as a Facilities or Operations Manager in a shopping centre.
  • Or Assistant Operations/Facilities Manager looking to take that step up into a more senior position
  • The ability to communicate with others and work in a team environment is critical
  • Computer and financial reporting literacy
  • Qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering or Building Services Trade are expected
  • Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety, Compliance and Risk
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A passion for retail property and shopping centres
