About the Opportunity
  

An exciting opportunity is available for a proactive Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of shopping centres. This varied role will see you provide administration and accounts support, manage contractor compliance, coordinate retailer communications and assist with the smooth running of the centre management offices. You will work closely with the broader team and engage with retailers, contractors, suppliers and customers, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy and varied role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception, contractor sign-ins, key registers and general office administration
  • Prepare and distribute retailer communications, correspondence and meeting minutes
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices and assist with rent rolls and tenant charges
  • Maintain contractor, insurance and compliance documentation across relevant systems
  • Support casual mall leasing, charity bookings and retailer sales collection
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, couriers and office supplies
About You
  • Strong administrative skills with good financial acumen and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident working independently and using initiative to solve problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using the Microsoft Suite
