About the Role
  
You will take ownership of day to day retail management across a small portfolio, contributing to operational excellence and financial performance while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders
• Contribute to annual business planning, budgeting and P and L reporting
• Manage tenancy coordination, arrears and identify additional income opportunities including mall leasing
• Monitor monthly sales performance and assist with reporting and KPI development
• Support compliance, operational standards and safety practices across the centres 

Skills and Experience

• Experience in property, administration, finance or a related commercial environment, with a willingness to grow
• Strong financial capability including budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial mindset with a proactive and solutions focused approach
