This role requires an experienced retail property leader who can drive both people and performance. You will bring a strong commercial mindset, with the ability to understand and influence the numbers behind the asset while proactively identifying opportunities to improve outcomes.

Leading from the front, you will build and empower a high performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence. You will balance strategic thinking with a hands on approach, maintaining a strong on site presence and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

The Centre Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the asset’s day to day operations, including but not limited to overseeing team performance, driving operational and financial outcomes, managing retailer relationships and performance, and ensuring the asset is consistently presented to the highest standard.

The role will involve implementing strategic asset and business plans, preparing and managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and delivering capital projects in line with agreed timeframes and objectives. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimise asset performance, support leasing and development initiatives, and ensure all activities align with the broader investment strategy and long-term vision for the asset.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering capital works projects
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
