We’re partnering with a well-established property group to appoint a Centre Manager for a shopping centre in Brisbane’s northern suburbs.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a retail asset, build strong retailer relationships and influence everything from operations and financial performance through to marketing initiatives and future growth.
  
The Opportunity
  
Working closely with retailers, contractors, internal stakeholders and ownership groups, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and overall performance of the centre. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the asset is operating efficiently, delivering a great customer experience and achieving strong commercial outcomes.
  
This is a broad leadership role offering exposure across operations, budgeting, retailer engagement, reporting, marketing and asset strategy.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management and performance of the shopping centre.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage centre budgets, reporting, arrears and expenditure.
• Ensure high standards of presentation, maintenance and operational compliance.
• Partner with leasing teams to optimise tenancy mix and retailer performance.
• Support the delivery of marketing initiatives and centre business plans.
• Lead service providers and contribute to the ongoing success of the asset.

About You
  
You may already be a Centre Manager looking for a new challenge, or an experienced Retail Property Manager ready to step into a broader asset management role.
  
To be successful, you’ll ideally bring:

• Previous experience within retail property or shopping centre management.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Excellent retailer and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to asset performance.
• Current Real Estate Registration or equivalent qualifications highly regarded.
